Curriculum Vitae extends its Executive Search service for Executives up to Senior Management level locally and regionally. We have five practice areas whereby our consultants with specialised experiences can help our clients to meet their hiring needs.

For each executive search, we commit to:

• Provide accurate representation of our client through research to understand the business, culture and needs
• Conduct direct sourcing, complementing it with our extensive database and network
• Identify and shortlist at least three best-fit candidates after face-to-face interviews within five to 15 days
• Conduct reference check on the final candidate
• Advise and assist on the offer negotiation
• Follow up with candidates we have successfully placed to help them settle into their new jobs
